Dr. Ahmed and his receptionist, Grace, are both good. One person here had some issues with Grace’s behavior. The behavior she described does not correspond to the Grace that I know. The Grace that I know is a small Fillipina woman who is hard working and competent. I’ve never known her to make personal phone calls on company time. Something doesn’t add up here. I recommend this clinic.
Dr. Ahmed is great. But his receptionist Grace not so much. I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment today (my fault). Grace put other patients in ahead of me, doctor was over an hour late to see me. Then she was on the phone for a personal call while both myself and another patient were trying to speak with her. Then when Dr. Ahmed asked her to stamp my medical form quickly so I could get to work on time, she took her time fussing over it then refused to return it to me. Best medical clinic i have been to in edmonton! I was in the building for a total of 25 minutes and that also included the pharmacy taking my prescription, filling it, and giving it to me! The front desk lady was fast, efficient, and kind. The doctor listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. I have never been to this clinic before yesterday, and i will definitely be coming back!! Thank you.
They only take cash
As far as medical clinics go these days this one is the best I can find. I had tried switching to a different clinic closer to my home and changed my mind and went back. Dr. Amend was very nice and patient and seems to care. Refreshing to see a bunch of positive reviews too.
