The contractor, Jason, came out to our home the same day we called. He looked at our damaged roof and then met with our adjuster when he came out. My insurance company fought with us on paying for a new roof that we needed but 360 Roofing took care of the hassle for us. The new roof looks great! Seriously my wife loves it.
