I cannot speak highly enough of my rental experience here. I've rented from a few different companies over the years, and 360 Properties has by far been the best!! Maintenance requests are handled very promptly, the building is kept clean, and the office is super easy to get ahold of. Great experience all around!
BEWARE !!!! The owner Nicole will not be ethical with home owners . She represented our property and burned us and took money that wasn't hers to keep. She made up a contract for price , timeline etc without consent or showing us ( the owners ) and when we didn't agree with the contract she made up and had tenants sign her words were " tough ! I can do what I want " when we fired her she kept money that wasn't hers not hers to keep ! RUN!!!! Don't trust this company! We are in process of attorneys and BBB at this point ! Don... read more
