Nicely maintained buildings and grounds. Buildings are quiet and maintenance requests are fulfilled very fast. Family and pet friendly. Great place to live!
I’ve dealt with different property managements around US, this was so far the best experience I’ve had. Very easy to work with and everything is clear on the lease; no hidden fees whatsoever. They pressure washed outside of the building and maintain the amenities pretty good.
Girlfriend lives at Woodstone 3 apartments and has had multiple issues with the maintenance staff being unable or unwilling to fix their washer and dryer. After 4 maintenance requests, 2 of which were completely ignored, they still have gave unreasonable answers as to why they are unable to fix the washer and dryer. I would not recommend anyone entertain living at this apartment and would have serious concerns with living anywhere 360 Properties rents. This has got to be the worst place to rent from. From start to end me living here was such a joke. Danny should not be in charge of people's lives like he does. Was a perfect spot on the corner 3rd floor but my down stairs neighbor would complain about the noise when I wasn't even in town. I proved it multiple times and all I got was a threat for eviction if we couldn't figure it out. Not sure what I could've done differently so I moved out 6 months before I had too and I was still getting emails saying I was being too loud.... read more
Anytime i need something fixed or something breaks, maintenance is always on time and very polite! They fix it in a very timely manner and keep you updated on everything. Love this management and service!
