Plumbing repair is one of those areas where customers usually cringe at the price and service. In this case, nothing to worry about. Ed is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable on price. He simply was the best plumber, for all these reasons, that we have ever had in our home, and we have had a few over 27 years we have lived here. Highest recommendation, give him a chance, you will be glad you did.
I've had the hardest time getting a plumber to even return my calls or schedule a job after giving me an estimate. Eduardo returned my call the same day, then came to see the job and gave me an estimate the next morning.He scheduled the job within a few days. He was prompt, professional and quick. It was an installation of a bathroom in my shop and required trenching and breaking a concrete floor. Eddie was very prompt in giving us a quote in writing. None of the other contractors we contacted did that. He took out our old shower and installed a new one that we had already purchased. He was extremely patient when he discovered our new shower had a crack (from shipping) and he had to wait an entire month to finish the job. The gentlemen that did the drywall were very professional. Our new shower looks wonderful and we are very happy with his work and would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him.
360 Plumbing came in and created a bathroom when there was only a closet! Professional, fast, dependable, friendly and overall amazing! I was thoroughly pleased with the end result. They worked within my budget and even went out of their way to fix a few things in my house that were not a part of the bathroom remodel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Best decision we ever made was to contract 360 Plumbing!!
I called Ed to get a quote over the phone. I told him what I wanted and he told me what it would cost right off the bat. They brought the new water heater and had it installed within 1.5 hours. They were honest, courteous, very professional and efficient. Nice to have that this day and age! I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends!
Although it took him awhile to respond after the initial call, once he set the date & time it only took him about 1.5 hours to finish the install. I appreciated that he was here on time & was done in a short period of time. They also cleaned up the debris from the installation. Before he installed the water heater I had him inspect my toilet which he promptly fixed. He also checked my faucet but he had to get the part before he could fix it. I told him it was ok to fix when he came by to install the water heater so he did.
360 was able to advise me over the phone. They were very helpful.
Eddy did a fantastic job and was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone and will call on him again if I ever have a plumbing need. He was honest, fair and did his best to do the right thing. I am happy to find a man of his quality.
