Unsafe, aggressive, and highly unprofessional patient care. I will never return to this practice. I have severe bone-on-bone in my knee and came in recovering from a strained back, which I explicitly disclosed. The therapist, Jill, completely disregarded my physical limitations. She was incredibly aggressive, forced physical movements that caused me excruciating pain, and repeatedly shouted at me to push through it in front of the entire room, even though she could clearly tell I was in agony. I read reviews all the time and never usually leave them and realizing I should. It’s hard to know where to start because I don’t know where I would be without this place and the people here. I have been going here a couple times a week for almost 2 years. My accident was horrific and the healing process is very slow. I would have given up a long time ago on myself but the people here are so amazing, supportive, fun and so very caring it keeps me sticking with it. Heidi has changed my life. You would’ve never thought you need physical therapy for your inner parts, including your intestines and she saved me from being debilitated to getting up and doing these exercises and making my life so manageable she’s outstanding and I love her like she’s family.
Staff is wonderful and very caring. They focused on my needs and encouraged and helped me to strengthen my knees. I would highly recommend Jill, Jodie, and Sam. All were very helpful.
