Always so kind and friendly. Always willing to make my appointments and work with my busy schedule.
My biggest complaint is parking. If you need a handicap parking space, good luck. Its a busy area with other businesses nearby but only 2 handicap parking spots in front of the 360 physical therapy place. Inside is nice and clean. Front desk I was not impressed with at all, she seemed to have an attitude right away and when scheduling future appointments I told her any day works except for Fridays and when I got home I saw she scheduled me on 3 Fridays. I can’t say enough good things about Arturo and the team at 360 Physical Therapy in Queen Creek. After injuring my ankle in October and having surgery in March, I came back to PT in April with a lot of work ahead of me. Arturo was exactly what I needed. He held me accountable, pushed me when I needed it, and made PT fun enough that I actually looked forward to going. I had an awesome experience at 360 Physical Therapy! Arturo and Jake are extremely knowledgeable, patient and supportive! They really helped me improve my hip/back pain while building my confidence to work out again. The front office staff were always welcoming and friendly, which made the visits even better. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for caring therapists who truly work with you and support your progress.
