I'm very unhappy regarding my recent experience. I've been going here for several years and have been treated with courtesy and kindness. However, I courtesy called to say I would be 5-8 minutes late. The receptionist put me on hold and came back and said to not bother coming in for this appointment and this was a warning on my file; I would have to pay the cancelation fee the next time. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure your exercises fit the level of healing. Alex and Vinh are always personable and have great interactions during the treatment.
If you have any kind of issues needing therapy and if you are looking for the best rehab facility and professional knowledgeable team and staff this is your place. They are so kind, so loving, so patient and an excellent 5 star staff. I have been rehabbing my back and am getting an ablation its night and day better. Pass the word on my friends.
Love the staff and the assistance they have provided in my recovery from back and knee issues.
Everyone is super attentive a knowledgeable. It's a great place for physical therapy.
