If I could give them more stars I would. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The therapists are knowledgeable, caring and they listen to your concerns/issues. I highly recommend 360 Physical Therapy Signal Butte location.
I did aquatic therapy at this office for 8 sessions. I was never told that there was a self-pay option...and in my case, this option was significantly less that my co-pay for my insurance. I found out about this on my next to last appointment and asked that I be charged the self-pay option retroactively (as they have been receiving more for each visit).
