Great gym and staff but watch out for billing issues. Despite canceling my membership back in June 2025, they have continued to charge my card every month (even charging me twice on Thanksgiving). I've reached out to Kokoro multiple times and they always state that they've updated their billing system...yet the charges just keep on coming. Even when I was a current member, I was billed twice within the same month a couple times. fantastic local gym with great setup and the right type of ammenities such as cold plunge and sauna, gym equipment is top notch and gym staff is super helpful and friendly. I believe they are under new management and I can definitely see they have picked up the pace for keeping everything going strong. Highly recommended.
