Poor customer service. After making arrangements to have the house available for an estimate, I got a text 45 minutes before the appointment saying: sorry. Booked for the next three months. Had we received a phone call the night before or any time before, we would have no issues. This company's actions confirm that another company is deserving of our hard-earned money.
When you call someone to come look at your house, you almost always prepare yourself to hear about an expensive bid that covers more work than you hoped you would actually need. I had the exact opposite experience with 360 Painting last Friday which compelled me to write this review. We had an issue with some mold on the ceiling of our shower and were prepared to hire 360 Painting to resolve it. Having our house painted by 360 Painting was a no hassle experience. They came out, gave us a written estimate and did everything they said. The crew was experienced and friendly and afterwards there was a walk around inspection to make sure everything was done right. I would definately recommend this company .
Clint and the 360 team exceeded my expectations for the interior paint job at our home. They finished on time (earlier than expected in fact), were reasonably priced and did a great job. The house looks great and I highly recommend 360 Painting to anyone looking for professional, efficient painters for their home. Great job!!
Clinton Arthur with 360 Painting was great to work with on painting the exterior of our house. Clinton was professional, provided a detail estimate, and answered our questions and concerns. His paint crew was also easy to work with and kept Clinton updated on the job. We love how great our house looks with the new paint. I would recommend working with Clinton.
