I love coming here for my acrylic toes & have booked a soak off 3 times. The first time the lady that helped me did amazing! the 2nd time the lady was just clipping the acrylic off my toes, I wanted to cry because she was destroying my real nail. I booked a SOAK OFF for a reason!!! The 3rd time a guy helped me & he just shaved the acrylic off. I have a machine at home & could've done that myself but then again I booked a soak off for a reason. I still got charged for "soak offs" im very disappointed in the lack of customer c... read more
