360-Impact provided a great experience purchasing a sliding glass door. Estimator John Ruppe was informative and helpful without being pushy. He was completely attentive to my needs. Anna in the office was accommodating updating me with the manufacturing process, scheduling. Recently had all windows in my house replaced by 360Impact. Installers did an excellent job, were friendly, continualy asked if everything was up to my liking. I did follow around the progress during install, requested they replace a couple of the bunder boards after pulling the window, they were already on it with new wood. Windows were fabricated and assembled by Eastern Architectural Systems, their top of the line "Bertha" model with the glass manufactured by Cardinal Glass here in Florida.
