I am very disappointed with 3sixty Dental Lab’s billing department. We had agreed on specific pricing for certain cases, yet I was overcharged—especially on cases that were never even completed. This kind of billing practice is unprofessional and unacceptable. As a dentist, I value transparency, reliability, and trust in my lab partners, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short.

Scott from 360 Imaging did a stellar job on our windows. The turn around was fast, the customer service was great, the installers were very professional. I am over the moon on the quality and performance of the company.

I am concerned with this companies billing practices and ethical obligations. As an oral surgeon I have experience with digital dentistry and guided surgery with another vendor. In an effort to gain my business, 360 imaging entered into a contract with me whereby I agreed to the initial purchase of the software with the stipulation that I would try two cases and if not satisfied would be given a full refund.
