I have lived here 3+ years and Scott McAlister is a blessing on this building. He consistently goes beyond the call of duty when doing his job. A couple of winters ago when a water pipe burst in the building, Scott came in the middle of the night to silence the alarm while residents waited outside in the freezing cold so as to escape the ear piercing alarm. Do not live here. They will tow your car for any reason. There are free parking spaces BUT they sent an email saying if we park there we will be towed. This wouldn’t be a problem but sometimes there are no more parking spaces in the designated parking area. They will tow you car if it’s over the line. Which sucks cause what if it’s the last spot but someone else parked over the line and now I have to? I will get towed. This place is horrible don’t live here if you have a car. Me and my partner are moving in together here and Sarai has been most helpful in getting us all set ! She’s been super sweet and supportive while making the whole process quick and easy !
This place is terrible! They just towed my car because their communication is very bad. Ive been here for almost 4 years and they try to sneak in rental insurance to my bill and tow my car. Avoid this place at all costs it's super abysmal for how much you pay. And the staff has gotten worse over the years. And Corporate is just very very very bad do not rent from here if you have any other options!! Should be zero stars!!
If you’re not section 8 housing living here, they don’t give a crap about you. Especially during the shutdown of Asheville during hurricane Helene. We had no running water for a month. We also couldn’t work because we were in the service industry, here in Asheville. They charged us for rent while other apartment complexes paused rent since they couldn’t offer running water. We moved out in December to a new complex and they put the remaining balance of our bill onto our credit report while being victims of a natural disaster... read more
