Sarai and Scott are awesome at what they do. Definitely the place to live.
I’ve lived at 360 Hilliard since 2021 and the best thing about it has been Scott who’s the maintenance manager. He puts 110% in everyday and actually cares about the people who live here. We haven’t had a good consistent property manager since I’ve lived here and Scott has gone above and beyond to pick up where the property managers have slacked in the past. However, we just had a new property manager start this year and I’d have to say she’s a fantastic addition! Sarai has been so helpful and her communication is fantastic.... read more
I lived here for the past 3 years since the building was newly constructed and let me tell you, they DO NOT care about there residents in the slightest. Scott, the building new manager/maintenance man is very kind and does his best for the residents which is always much appreciated because he does care. However, Precision Management is single handedly the worst company I have ever rented from and keeps any meaningful changes from happening because they're cheap, selfish, and not located in AVL. They did NOTHING for residents... read more
