I’ve lived in this apartment for four years, and watching it go from a decent place near downtown to a complete disaster has been infuriating. Do. Not. Live. Here. I am beyond done with this property management team. They don’t communicate, they’re basically unreachable, and any maintenance request—if they bother to address it—takes weeks, sometimes longer. This place has been absolute hell to live in. I originally moved in as one of the first residents — things were decent at first. My first-floor apartment would sometimes smell like a bowling alley, but management sent out an email and the issue stopped. Fast forward three years: I came back and rented on the fourth floor. DO NOT RENT HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever unfortunately lived in. There is one visible employee and that is Scott. He’s amazing and does everything he can, probably without support from the disgusting management company. I have been charged incorrectly every month since moving in and it has still not been corrected. Edit 10/15/25: Changing from 2 stars to 1 star; supplemented my review with photos. The condition of the building is even worse since my initial review. Management is not present on site whatsoever. The shared areas are truly disgusting and still, nothing is being done to hold tenants accountable. I followed up with corporate; doubt anything will be done to rectify these outstanding issues. Edit: Lowered to 1 star. Even the email in the response to this review doesn’t get answered. No communication has been made since this post. Please do not live here. Communication is worse here than anywhere I’ve ever experienced it’s HORRIBLE. We’ve had problems with some things around the building and noise but no one responds to emails, or phone calls, and no one is ever in the office.
