Communication is worse here than anywhere I’ve ever experienced it’s HORRIBLE. We’ve had problems with some things around the building and noise but no one responds to emails, or phone calls, and no one is ever in the office. AVOID THIS PLACE. I was one of the first residents to move into the complex and started out great. There would be food trucks that came to the complex and other social events. Then property management companies switched. There is a complete lack of communication or ability to speak with anyone. Good luck trying to give notice of moving out or acknowledgement of the notice without paying an extra thousands of dollars. Leasing Office does not return 10+ phone calls or voicemail left over the course of 2 weeks. Literally said I was approved and no further steps have been taken nor has an instruction been given.
Avoid this place. After repeatedly calling and messaging for a week about an apartment listing, nobody has responded. I even scheduled an appointment on their website for a tour and nobody was in the office for over an hour. The whole building smells like Marijuana from the outside. What a mess!
