I’ve lived at Hilliard Apartments for seven months and it has been a fantastic experience. The apartments are well-maintained, comfortable, and quiet. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to downtown, local shops, parks, major highways. Whenever I’ve needed assistance or a minor repair, the management and maintenance teams have been responsive, professional, and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful community, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in the area!
Edit 9/5/36: Beth, Cam and George helped resolve a maintenance issue in a timely fashion and communicated promptly. Edit 12/3/25: There is officially ZERO accountability and no property manager onsite. This is clearly advertised on their leasing office door. If you need assistance or maintenance support, you directed to sister properties with the same ownership. Similar to other reviews, I have been inaccurately charged renter’s insurance 4-5x even though I have my own policy. The property itself is still in rapid decline. I... read more
I love the location and my apartment! The building was severely mismanaged when I first moved in at the beginning of the year but things have improved a lot in the last few months with a new leasing manager and maintenance team. Great apartment for the price!
The fake five star reviews on here are hilarious. Look at the most recent one from Matthew complaining about the age of photos provided by an actual resident giving a one star honest review. He goes on to use a stock apartment image from the website and the same hallway photo that was provided by another fake review where the floors are wet with no wet floor sign in sight. RENTERS BEWARE! (I’ll be shocked if they don’t delete my review). Edit 8/17/26: Officially gave notice to move out and mgmt couldn’t care less. Apparently the move out process involves “placing your keys under the office door; be out by your last day”. I’d expect a bit more as a resident of 5 years but that’s 360 Hilliard for ya.
