RENTERS BEWARE! (I’ll be shocked if they don’t delete my review). Edit 8/17/26: Officially gave notice to move out and mgmt couldn’t care less. Apparently the move out process involves “placing your keys under the office door; be out by your last day”. I’d expect a bit more as a resident of 5 years but that’s 360 Hilliard for ya. Updated August 17th, 2026: This is the WORST apartment, DO NOT live here, save your money and find somewhere you will actually see your rent put to good use. This is my 5th and LAST year here…it’s gone down hill every single year, I literally don’t know how it could even get worse. There has been 5 new property managers (maybe more, I’ve lost count at this point), and they do not and will not help you. Maintenance requests? nonexistent. Management? Non existent. I've loved living here. Ever since Beth started managing the property, everything has been on the right track. She's friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The property is well maintained (as well as it can be for being right on the edge of downtown, which comes with its challenges) and you can really see the positive changes she's made. I'm very happy to call this place home.
An excellent place to live: it’s centrally located, there are no parking issues, and you have wonderful tennis courts right across the street, plus many restaurants nearby.
Beth has done such a wonderful job since starting. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my questions. She is making the property better and better each week that goes by.
