The apartments themselves are genuinely very nice. I especially liked the added security of needing a key card just to enter the building. That said, one of the doors doesn’t latch properly, so if it’s not fully shut, it can easily be opened from the street, which defeats the purpose. Lately, I’ve seen a cleaning crew taking care of the building’s facilities, and I’ve noticed several positive changes. This past Saturday, when I came back, they were cleaning the elevator. I spoke with them briefly, and they were incredibly kind and professional. I was carrying a few items, and they even helped me leave them at my apartment door, which I truly appreciated. Edit 12/3/25: There is officially ZERO accountability and no property manager onsite. This is clearly advertised on their leasing office door. If you need assistance or maintenance support, you directed to sister properties with the same ownership. Similar to other reviews, I have been inaccurately charged renter’s insurance 4-5x even though I have my own policy. The property itself is still in rapid decline. This apartment complex is severely under run, they do not care about safety. It constantly smells like weed. They do not care about their tenants. I can’t even recommend a more horrible complex in Asheville. ‘Locked gates’ are never locked. There was a fire alarm going off for MONTHS and no one cares. Homeless people in the hallway charging their phone. Do not live here. It is unsafe! I have a friend who has lived here for a year and no one cares. Office hours are non existent! Do not live here!!!

I have been here since April 2025. It was somewhat ok at first. Over the last 4 months it has declined rapidly! Continues to smell of weed in every hallway. I have made maintenance reports with no response or care to even reach out to me. In less than a year there has been 3 or 4 leasing agents. If you want to breath clean air good luck, the office can’t even find a key to unlock the locked closet door in the apartments so the filter can be changed out. This place is a joke!!!
