So fed up with ringing and getting no answer except from an answering machine telling me to leave my name and phone number and someone will call me back. Where is everybody? Especially when it says opening hours are from 8.30 till 4.30.
I'm not happy with the service. I get the impression it's all about money and not the patients with a serious disease. I was the 12.30 app. The dr was running late. I was told to go away for 2.15 hours so the other patients can have their app on time. I had driven up from rham so couldn't just go home.plus trying to speak to a real person is impossible. You have to leave 3 messages before they ring back
Apart from a productive appointment with the endicronologist, follow up calls have been ignored and difficult to get through. Will not be going there again
To hard to make contact to long between appointments
I had a good experience here. The doctor was very patient and explained everything to me. The staff were lovely and friendly and were very helpful. I would recommend this place.
