I scheduled an appointment with Breona at 360 Glam. I called them multiple times before to confirm the appointment, no answer. I tried to text, it was not a textable number but I did try. I tried to leave a voicemail but the memory was full. Day of the appointment, it was rescheduled to a day I could not keep the appointment. I emailed customer support, no response. Breona was awesome. This was my first professional Brazilian and it was a breeze. Definitely still hurt but I’m completely hairless! Definitely will be rebooking.
Great first time experience, I went for a facial and retwist. I nearly fell asleep during the facial because of the music and relaxation and my hair came out beautiful. Love the relaxed vibe!
