I normally don’t write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience. Adrian suggested doing K-tips on my hair, assuring me that I would be a good candidate. I finally agreed and let her install them. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the initial install and requested a partial refund, especially after she admitted that the install was done incorrectly. Instead, she reinstalled the K-tips.
