Great service, Zohra who works there is of great help.
Dropped by just this Wednesday around 11:45 ish during the day and place was closed. No sign of any kind saying why they were closed (against their open hours signage). Not sure why they decided to close during a busy hour on a busy day downtown when Wednesdays is the busiest office day for the financial district. I guess they don’t want customers. I took my parents to Metro Eye and we had a great experience. Everyone was professional and friendly. Kudos to Zohra who was very helpful and made my parents feel comfortable. Dr. Gavin was excellent—he explained everything clearly and took his time to explain. Highly recommend!
Licenc #22061 Anita in Metro Eye care put a drop in eyes exam to charge $89 for consultation. The Optometrist Anita Does not ask customer's requirements before a service, and she puts terminology in invoice to make penny. That is very bad. The clinic charges higher exam fee than most eyes clinic. Our customer could find amuch better eye exam with reasonable price around this area.
Broke my order due to their unprofessional and incompetent behavior, and did not proactively try to rectify problem, making me jump through many hoops instead of trying to make it up to me or trying to get a replacement for me in convenient way. Even rude and blamed me. Really disappointed in this store.
