Referred to these guys from our local engineer. Called and immediately without even telling him why I was calling, he said, no thank you and hung up!
These guys charge $250 an hour just to come look at the property. There was no discussion of money, I got a report with pictures of what I described and already knew and a bill for almost $1,000. Never once was a price discussed and I was no where near an estimate for structural repairs. DO NOT USE.
