Old generator doesn’t work.360 Generator business charged me $1,616 to come out for emergency same day service after saying they wouldn’t be able to come till after a week later. Mother and daughter were disabled and permanently bed ridden .Daughter on oxygen 24 7 would die without electricity. No one able to verify they even came.Didn’t leave a work order with what was done to Generator unit too.Workers said they didn’t have a backup battery in truck needed to start generator to diagnose.So no diagnostic was done.My mistake... read more
