Terrible service, please have a lawyer review any contract before you sign it. This outfit is only interested in sucking as much money out of you as they can, instead of keeping a happy customer. I would advise you to select another reputable printer company that values its customers by treating them fairly and professionally.
We love our Kyocera unit that we have from 360. Everyone in Administration and your tech team and everyone we have had contact with at 360 Document Solutions has been absolutely fantastic. We have pretty high demands as you'd expect from a hospital environment and you guys deliver. Thanks again.
