Please stay away from. Couldn't fix my snowblower in over a month. Never picked up or returned my phone calls.
Took my generator to John for repair and he was very thorough in trying to find the problem It turned out to be a faulty generator. He would not give up on trying to fix it.John was even in touch with the company from the beginning to the end. Between him and A-ipower, I was given a new generator and he was paid for his time. John went well above and beyond to see that everything was taken care of. Would most definitely use 360 degree repair for any small engine repairs. Again, thank you John for all you did.
