Wouldn't hire even for free, think twice, Pela plus 360 Construction horrible service, since you paid you cam forget about any service, they will blame everybody around but themself.

I did my due diligence, received 3 quotes for 17 full replacement windows in my 2 story townhome condo. At the last moment, not really understanding the substantial difference in pricing from each company, my Property Manager suggested I call Sam at 360 Degree Construction. Sam and his crew are an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired his team to complete a deck resurfacing project, reset a leaking french door, and repair damage under the door. Overall his team was extremely professional, thorough, and really treated our house as if it was their own. At the end of the day, we all want to find a contractor who does good work, but also genuinely cares about your project with everything else they have going on. With Sam, you get both. Beautiful Job. They were able to help take our idea and enhance the look and feel of the room with their quality work. We took a regular window and turned it into a space that invites you to come in and enjoy the view. The job was planned and executed in an efficient manner and the disruption in the rest of our home was minimal. Pricing was fair and very competitive.

We replaced 11 Pella windows. The work crew were courteous and professional. Especially we appreciated the owner Sam Awadalla responding our window issue quickly and working on Saturday to make it work. We are happy to have the reliable Sam's company as our window installer.

Sam replaced our windows a year ago, and I still silently thank this man and his crew every time it rains. The windows have held up beautifully over time, and still look gorgeous. It was also an absolute pleasure working with him. He was very transparent about the scope of work, costs, and explaining everything that needed to be done. If you need windows, look no further than 360 Degree Construction. It's very clear that Sam is a man of integrity who takes pride in his work.

360 Degree Construction owner and his professionals did an excellent job in replacing the Pella large 3 panel Kitchen window with a new one. From their measuring for the project to the installation of the new window, the professionals were knowledgable, on time, totally careful with everything in my kitchen during the installation and totally conscientious. They cleaned up all of the old window sections and left my kitchen floor and walls so perfect that no one could tell it was a just installed window. Thank you .
