YAY 360! I love this studio! I've only done the rythem ride, express and yoga and core spin but MAN do I ever love them. If you have stayed away from spin because you think it's all legs I need you to know... These guys incorporate upper body in every class! weather is push-ups on the bike, 5 lb weight lifting on the bike, or resistance bands! There is always something they incorporate to make you work your upper body and arms. Your core especially will not take a rest in this class. Great music and wonderful and instructors... read more

Such a good workout and super fun. All of the Instructors are so nice and classes are easy to book. I always look forward to going.
Used to love coming here for years, and was a great customer. When I got pregnant and my husband sustained an injury I inquired about the punch cards we had and was told that like gift cards, they would not expire. Wanted to return to the studio last week and the new owner would not honour our passes - so 27 unused classes between us! Literally hundreds of dollars wasted. Offered no proposed solution except to try to sell me a new unlimited pass. Used to love the community at the studio, but feels like it’s all about the cas... read more
