Creig and his team did an incredible job reconstructing our pool area after a tree fell into it last year. They oversaw all the work involved which included repairing the crushed retaining wall, concrete slabs, crushed pool wall, new liner and skimmers, repainting the stairs and retexturing/repainting the concrete. Extremely professional crew with fair pricing and excellent follow up!

You cannot go wrong with 360 Custom Pools. From start to finish, they were wonderful to work with. They listened to what each family member wanted in a pool and created something that we will all enjoy for many years. My husband wanted clean lines and a spa with a waterfall flowing into the pool, my kids wanted room to play volleyball and basketball, and I wanted a backyard retreat that felt like a vacation everyday. I have to give a huge shoutout to Josh and Dillon with 360 Custom Pools who came all the way from Tyler to check out a potential crack in our pool. Josh literally dove in to inspect it and discovered we’ll need to replaster, and Dillon walked us through all the color and pebble options — so knowledgeable and helpful. Talk about above and beyond customer service. I highly recommend these guys!
