Redid my bottom strike plate carve out. He was on time, and professional. The door still didn’t close when he left and I had to fix it, as well as sand, smooth and repaint to make it look halfway decent. I had to do this part myself. Also requested an invoice and never got one. Overall ok, but in hindsight, I should have paid less.

AVOID! They made things worse at the Hillmount and now residents have to pay more to other contractors.

I had some damages to my roof after a storm earlier this year. My insurance company recommended I get ahold of 360 Construction Solutions. I am very glad I did. In one day they had my roof expertly repaired. Not long after they had some very skilled drywallers over to repair the water damage on the inside. I was very impressed with the work on the inside and I enjoyed talking to the painters. Overall a great experience, they really took the problems off my hands and handled it. If you have house work, I would call 360.

Omar and his team helped me tackle a very difficult renovation project in downtown Grand Rapids. The home was basically torn down to the studs and rebuilt. Omar really showed his knowledge and experience in dealing with various subcontractors and city inspectors. The project turned out great and I would highly recommend Omar and 360 Construction!
