A lot better then the last review! From the beginning the communication was daily, so I guess they hired Anton to fix that issue. Mr.Rios was great to work with and very understanding. Anytime we had an issue, they didn't question is they just fixed it, even though it was money out of their pocket. The quality was second to none along with the customer service. The only issue I ever had was just as much my fault. I gave them a color to stain a beam, they stained it without doing a small spot for me to see the actual color an... read more
Been several weeks, they never got back to me with a quote after coming by. Did not keep in contact at all. I went with someone else instead.
