The therapist is great—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the administrative side of the clinic is extremely disappointing. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, calls are never returned, and emails go unanswered even after sending follow ups, appointments get moved without notice from Burlington to Toronto clinic on the day of treatment. I had a great experience at this clinic for my 10 year old son. They called right away after the pediatrician's referral and they are easy and quick to schedule with. Hilary was his physiotherapist and she did a great job working with him as a child. I owe his recovery to her, even though it took long for him to fully recover, she was there to guide us with exercises and steps of recovery as well as providing guidance for school.

They created a personalized recovery plan for me, helping me take small, manageable steps each day toward healing.
