theres a reason they are 3 stars lol. rude and unpatient. worst type of service you can ask for when dealing with a concussion.
Physiotherapist was knowledgeable, understanding and supportive but the administrative staff and response time was terrible. Decided to go elsewhere. Don’t return phone calls. Don’t return emails. Don’t acknowledge arrival for appointment. Unfriendly. It’s really disappointing that the staff and manager don’t seem to care about the administrative side.
I did not have a great experience with this clinic and their physio treatment. I was sent there for a WSIB injury. Throughout the entire course of my 8 week treatment, it was a very frustrating and anxiety provoking experience. Anytime I explained my symptoms before or after the stretches and exercises, I was met with a combative response and dismissive excuse for why I was feeling the way I was feeling.
