Great consistent care throughout both clinics.
They were really fast and very nice people
Absolutely unacceptable and extremely misleading. I cancelled my appointment through this clinic’s own website ONE WEEK in advance. Their website provides an online cancellation option, so I had every reason to believe that my appointment was cancelled successfully. I specifically used the online system because getting through to this clinic by phone is nearly impossible. Then, on the day of the appointment, they called me demanding to know why I wasn’t there.
