Very friendly and efficient staff. They make you feel comfortable right from The start and easy to talk to.
They have a very unreasonable and strict cancelation policy and although I had appendicitis- as it turned out -- I still had to participate in my two physiotherapy sessions with them or they would have charged me. I even had surgery two days after these sessions. I reached out to ask for a refund because I was in severe pain during my sessions and didn't get much of anything out of them, but they wouldn't do that for me. Extremely unfair treatment in my opinion.

Staff is polite but their website is incorrect. You cannot book an appointment without a referral, even for the PREVENT mentioned on the website. You absolutely need a doctor's referral, I was told to go back to the hospital to get mine and speak with the ER doctor that recommended a concussion clinic.
Had an awful experience. Was referred to by ER doctor in Bancroft (who was lovely), doubled checked with him and the receptionist who booked me in that this doctor could assists what I needed, I got a yes from both. When I arrived, he stated he could not do the things I needed, my doctors are worried I've been suffering from epileptic seizures. The main doctor told me 23 times (yes I counted) he only does headaches, which is fine but your own receptionists shouldn't have told me otherwise. I drove 3 hours to be there. After ... read more
