I can’t say enough about the level of care we received - it was a thorough appointment (2 hours) & an integrated approach (physician, & rehabilitation specialist). The doctor specifically, was kind, compassionate, knowledgable & put my fears at ease. He was able to explain things in a manner that not only I understood, but my teenage son could comprehend as well. They ran a multitude of tests and drills, which I found fascinating and reassuring. My wife had a auto accident in August of 2023 the insurance is paying for the treatment and we only booked when the session where approved after the treatment they also charged our credit card as well and they claiming the insurance denied but we only went when they told us they approved them also the insurance said they paid them as well they keep hiding from us and not calling back even our lawyer can't get them to return his call or emails don't use them can't be trusted also we had massage treatment still owing and the o... read more

NOONE PICKS UP THE PHONE I've called over 30 times this past month trying to get information about an examination that I was supposed to be given the results of in FEBRUARY. It's AUGUST now. I've called at 11AM, 2PM, and 4PM. Every single time voicemail
