I currently reside at one of the units that 360 Community Management governs. This has to be one of the worst HOA management companies around. I have an owner above me that will not fix his piping, 6 leaks in 2 years with 2 more wet spots that were found. Of which this HOA company was notified each time. It is now 2019 and I have two severe leaks with 6 months that all m belogings were packed up and I have been moved out 2 times now. As the resident (non owner) who has submitted this review clearly states, this leak occurred inside another unit, it did not come from any common line. Therefore, neither the HOA nor the management company has any control over the repairs, they are the responsibility of that individual owner. Each owner affected by the leak noted were strongly encouraged to submit an insurance claim for their damages, so that their insurance company could address any possible recurring issue via subrogation.
