Dr Chapman worked me in for a dot physical and she was so nice and friendly and very professional great job and a great lady I would recommend her to anyone
I have been going to Dr Chapman for two months now. When she began seeing me I was having a lot of pain in my back, legs and shoulder. The shoulder pain is completely gone. The doctors had sent me for aquatic therapy and pain management. I was diagnosed with two bulging disks and my sciatic nerve causing the rest of my problems. I completed the aquatic therapy with some relief but cancelled the shots in my back after treatment began with Dr Chapman. I am doing much better now and expect this to continue in a positive way.
