Love getting my hair braided here so much!! They always have a positive attitude which makes you want to continue coming back. They get done with your hair in a timely manner and it will always come out perfect. 😍 easy to communicate with and will always resolve conflict. Best braiding salon I ever been to!! worth every dime 😆!!
I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The manager, Ibrahim, came across as very condescending and unprofessional. The prices are also way too high for the level of service provided. Fola did my other daughter’s hair and was 15 minutes late. Overall, the experience didn’t feel worth the money, and I won’t be returning.
Stylist always comes in late( at least 15mins) and they never offer an apology for the inconvenience. I don’t think I will be returning. Started out great with 1st appointment.
Stylist Ida was so rude to me she stayed on her cell phone the whole time she was doing my hair every time I try to speak with her while she was on the phone several times about my hair Ida told me she knew what she was doing, and I did not have to tell her anymore about my hair, when she finished crocheting my hair it was a mess, don’t go to her rude nasty personality
