Stylist always comes in late( at least 15mins) and they never offer an apology for the inconvenience. I don’t think I will be returning. Started out great with 1st appointment.
Stylist Ida was so rude to me she stayed on her cell phone the whole time she was doing my hair every time I try to speak with her while she was on the phone several times about my hair Ida told me she knew what she was doing, and I did not have to tell her anymore about my hair, when she finished crocheting my hair it was a mess, don’t go to her rude nasty personality
Chi gave me box braids and was very friendly and efficient. She was done before the 4 hour time and I loved my medium box braids. I will be a returning customer!
Don't go to Ms. Tee the big tall one with glasses, she was rude stayed on phone the whole time. I showed her a picture and she didn't give me what I asked. I still paid top dollars to avoid a big fight. Im very upset.
Great braids, wash and blow dry. Service was prompt and quick and very friendly
