I booked a HydraFacial hoping for a relaxing and professional experience, but unfortunately it was the opposite. The aesthetician didn’t speak any English, so she wasn’t able to explain what she was doing throughout the treatment or answer any of my questions. Because of that, I felt uncomfortable and unsure the entire time. The suction was extremely aggressive, and I ended up with severe bruising on my face afterward. Very rude woman at the frontal desk. I purchased spa from Groupon, after redemption I found I paid 30% more than in-store price, and I asked if the extra could go to the tips to the massage therapist. She refused and said it was Groupon's fault and she lost money using Groupon. She then even asked me to pay in store extra $109 in afraid of that I would cancel the Groupon payment.
