RecommendedThis place is clutch!!!! About to hit the road and take a group of teens to winter discipleship camp. Was in pasco so thought I would go somewhere local. I was wrong. Called 360 and they said come on over we will get you right in. Robert and his stag are amazing in less then 15 minutes all lights working and the price was a 100.00 bucks cheaper then the first place I went. This place is amazing! The guys didn't talk down to me, went above and beyond looking into my issue and then didn't charge me!! They even took me home at no extra charge! I will definitely be going back for any future issues!! Thank you guy so much!!
What can I say about Robert and his crew that hasn't already been said before. They are one of the best automotive shops that I've ever had the pleasure of associating with. Their work is always quality, and always within budget. They never try to get you to fix something that doesn't need fixed. They have copious amounts of honesty and integrity. This is the premier place to take your automobile to in the Tri-Cities.
I had a great experience with this shop, they did an oil change and transmission flush - not only was the price super reasonable, but the service was top notch. I'll be visiting again!

We are so happy with 360 Automotive! You walk in and they are very friendly (not the fake sales type) and very knowledgeable. The wrong part got ordered for our vehicle and we had to make another trip in. For doing that, they replaced our $160 dollar front headlight that went out, completely on them. They seem like very trustworthy people, and we will be bringing my husbands car in to get worked on by them. Thank you so much 360 Automotive!
