Don't take your vehicle here. Matt, the owner is unethical and so is his mom. If I could give 0 stars I would. I met Matt through a group called Business Networking International and came to find out he was in legal disputes with almost half of the 20 member group. Don't do business with Matt unless you want to be overcharged and underappreciated.
I started with Rob's Imports and couldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Since Matt took over, at least from my experience everything has stayed about the same. Unless I'm forced for time constraints or what not, I will take my car to Matt. I live in Fort Collins, so sometimes it's not so easy to get my car all the way to Loveland but if I can; it's completely worth it.
I've used 360 a few times. Matt is a very trustworthy mechanic who will treat you fairly. In my experience they've diagnosed the problems, provided quotes and solutions without up-selling. No need to worry about what you're paying for here! Even though I'm moving from the Loveland area closer to Denver I will continue using 360 automotive!
I have never trusted mechanics, but Matt at 360 automotive seemed like a genuinely honest person the moment I first met him. I gave him a shot and was very impressed with the service he provides. I also referred another very particular, skeptical person to him and he was astonished at how much Matt an his team helped him.
