Stopped in with a part broken on my truck. Shop was honest about the required necessary repairs. I knew the issue when I brought it in. Although I did not have the repair done at 360, I would highly recommend them. They were helpful and honest people. If I need service in the future, they have my business.
I got my interlock through this company; never really had issues until my starter went out. Had that replaced they did and inspection on the car and fixed the interlock. When I picked up my car 10 minutes later it stalled. The next day I dropped it off and it was there for two days and when I called back for an update I was told it was my fault for this reason or the next. My experiences at 360 Automotive continue to be excellent after five years of being a customer. Helaine and Barb are real professionals. They are honest and straightforward and I feel well taken care of as I head home with my vehicle every time! I highly recommend them as extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
First time and was impressed. Manager Barbara was key especially explaining and customer friendly. Heliene has the skills and expertise for my 14 year old Ford. Appreciate ride home and Andy retrieved me for pick up. I would use 360 services in future.
