It is rare to find a good mechanic. Even rarer to find one committed to keeping old cars, like mine, on the road. Not only did the staff find that my radiator needed replacing, but they found my spark plug cap was cracked. My Litte Grey Honda Accord has over 260,000 miles, and is a 2004 Model, that I bought used in 2007. Arizona extremes temps is hard on humans, and cars. I was tired of getting disappointed by other mechanics not being honest about what was/is really going on with my car and saw an ad at Randall’s Restaurant for 360 automotive. I had been wanting to have them look at my car. They did a great job with giving me an estimate of everything that’s wrong with it and although I can’t have them fix it right now because of the cost, I will definitely be using them for any future mechanical work! These ladies know what they’re doing and I trust them! Thank you Helaine and Barb!
My experience at this establishment was excellent. I dropped my truck off and was prepared to wait as I didn’t have a ride home. They drove me home and picked me up when the truck was ready. The service was explained. And they didn’t do anything that didn’t need to be done or try to up sale me! This is where I’m bringing my truck from now on!
I had a transmission issue with my older vehicle, which was concerning due to its poor reviews regarding transmissions. However, the team at 360 Automotive quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done, and had it repaired and ready for me within a few days, despite their busy schedule.
