My experiences at 360 Automotive continue to be excellent after five years of being a customer. Helaine and Barb are real professionals. They are honest and straightforward and I feel well taken care of as I head home with my vehicle every time! I highly recommend them as extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics. Barb was great. Been having elec issues with my truck for a long time. Took it to other auto places paid them and still issues. They kept my truck over weekend on diagnosing and were able to get it back to me. Charged very reasonable pricing . Highly recommend them👏
I helped my girlfriend bring her car here after it stalled nearby. Bringing the car here was the worst decision we could've made. They ended up charging her (without telling her) almost $300 for an inspection and then said she needed $6,000 in repairs. Well, it turns out they lied about a lot of the repairs that were needed, because when we finally got her car out of that place, her friend who is a mechanic fixed her car by re-attaching a loose part and charged her $70. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. My car stalled close by and upon reading their reviews, I thought this would be an honest and good choice to take my car there and get it looked at to see what even happened. They told me they would take a look at it and I could leave my car there. I thought that was nice. On my plane ride two days later, I got a text with my quote. $6k to fix 4 issues. Barb is amazing and so is her whole entire team at 360 auto she is prompt and is willing to work with you and your time schedule. I really appreciate them as I am a first-time car owner.
