This is a nice 24 hour place, with plenty of equipment. Its hours suit my schedule, and that's one of the reasons I picked this place, even though there's a Planet Fitness AND a Fitworks closer to me. It also doesn't seem intimidating, as I'm a semi-portly guy who's there to lose some weight & gain upper body strength. So far, so good.
I was 273lbs back in 2010 thanks to York Gym and the new 360 24 hr fit I am currently at 213lbs,they have all u need to transform your body. See me, I am Joe Pie, I work there, I have pics to prove it. Pics don't lie. We have a great owner, Mark,and a top notch trainer Jake, and a wonderful staff that is always willing to help a member out. WE HAVE ONE OF CLEANEST GYMS ON THE PLANET!!!!
