I can’t say enough good things about this practice and the staff who assist in running it. Dr. Rieder and the entire team at his office are remarkably caring people. Dr. Rieder takes time to sit and understand individual concerns and offers real solutions without having to worry about overselling you on something you don’t need, something I really respect. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rieder for a couple of years, and he has completely transformed my skin. He’s helped me achieve results I never thought were possible — my skin is clear and discoloration has improved significantly. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive — they always go out of their way to accommodate my schedule, making every visit such a positive experience. The office is also stunning! I truly couldn’t recommend Dr. Rieder enough!
Mixed experience, so I'll break it down. The clinical care itself was excellent — Dr. Rieder was efficient, knowledgeable, and gave me a clear, comprehensive set of options for my concern (hair loss). I left the appointment feeling well-informed and taken care of medically. My issue is with billing communication. Dr. Evan Rieder is hands down the best dermatologist I've ever had. I trust him completely and feel incredibly fortunate to have him guiding me on all things dermatology-related, from medical concerns to cosmetic treatments.
