If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment in mid May for mid June. It was for a very special event I was attending. My appointment was for 5pm. I got there at 4:52pm. I wasn't taken to start my pedicure until 5:12pm. The water was luke warm. He barely massaged my legs or practiced good customer service. He rushed through everything and it wasn't enjoyable. The TV was also disconnected. At 5:37pm, a 6pm appointment showed up. He finished my pedicure, then sat me in a manicure chair. Then proceeded to go help ... read more
