We moved to 36 Brentcliffe thinking that it would be a positive move for our family, given the ameneties, location and apparent “luxury”. Eight days after moving in, our apartment flooded with sewage water. The response from property management was to call it a “leak”, to try and push to get repair people into our affected unit prior to our insurance adjuster even seeing the extensive damage to our belongings and to generally downplay the entire ordeal. The pool was closed for repairs for an entire year starting early last year. Now, it has been closed again for the past two months, and yet no maintenance work or repair activity seems to be happening at all. No workers have been seen inside the pool area during this time.
Are you kidding me? The pool has been closed for at least 1 month, the bbq's have been unavailable since May 1. There are at least 10 dog urine spots on the carpet in the entrance way. Not a "Luxury rental". Communication between the property management and tenants is non existent
It’s been a great building, I’ve lived here for over a year now. We have great staff in the building that make sure it’s always clean and tenants needs are meant. Our Community Manager, Ingrid, is amazing and our Building Manager, John is always on top of everything!
