The fire alarm is regularly triggered at odd times by the fast food restaurant in the ground level causing inconveniences for residents. Outdoor patio at the roof is hardly ever accessible during the summer for residents as the indoor party room is reserved for private parties and the only entrance to the patio is through the party room!
Get ready to listen to a 20 minute fire alarm once every two weeks. You down to the gym. fire alarm. can't get back up. sleeping at 5am. fire alarm. ridiculous
This building is attached to a wendys which somehow triggers the building-wide fire alarm every month. Congratulations. Even if you live on the 42nd floor, prepare to be woken up when someone in the ground floor wendys burns the hash browns at 4am.
If you want to wake up to a fire alarm that gets triggered at least twice a month at 4am from Wendy's downstairs, move into this building
Very nice condo building, with fully equipped gym, sauna, lounge, 42nd floor BBQ rooftop patio, and great views of the CN Tower along Lake Ontario. Located in the Entertainment District with great restaurants, groceries, parks, and public transit, all within walking distance.
