First time here and had a great experience. Very professional and efficient, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other military installations. Thank you for the great care
I wanted to share a concern about the customer service I’ve experienced at the pharmacy. Each time I’ve come in and asked for assistance, the staff often appear visibly bothered or inconvenienced. This makes it uncomfortable to ask questions or request help, even for routine matters. I understand the pharmacy can be busy, but a more welcoming and patient approach would make a big difference for customers who rely on your services. I’m hoping this feedback can help improve the experience for everyone.
One of the worst experiences of any base ive been too. Takes 1-3 months to get an appointment for anything, staff is rude. The care is useless, and still won't refer you off base.
Amazing service, family health provider went above and beyond and addressed all my concerns and provided info on additional services. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!
