Amazing service, family health provider went above and beyond and addressed all my concerns and provided info on additional services. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!
Impossible to schedule appointments on time because the phone is rarely answered and you're never called back in a timely manner. Convenient training scheduled whenever they feel like it, but you never know about it until you're already there. You have to schedule to see your PCM for a referral, which ends up taking months just to get that appointment, and when you finally have it, all you get is the referral and then have to hope the place you were referred has an opening soon or you'll be once again stuck waiting for month... read more
