You can have a excuse ready for any complaint but we experienced it and had to pay for no service. I called twice to say it was my daughters birthday to do us all at the same time and you didn't take responsibility for any of your negative actions. Also my granddaughters pants and shirt had practical from you chair at the dryer table that is peeling off... you really don't own up go your issues.
