I have never had a better landlord/manager in my years of rentals. Necee is truly professional, upfront, and real with all tenants. She is just an awesome Lady with class. I have a lot of respect for Landis properties because of her, I have been living here going on 12 years now.....
NOTE: This is just a summary of my experiences. I've noticed some older reviews of Landis' campus properties cite the are as being somewhat dangerous. This certainly used to be the case for this area around campus a few years back, but as of recently, the area is becoming more and more a student residential area, so I've not had any issues with safety this year.
