I found this lovely small condo building in the heart of downtown Hendersonville. 350 East Allen was constructed as a high end condos that went belly up years back. The units are spectacular inside and out ! It is less than a 5 min. walk to Main Street and even the grocery stores are walkable. The building is maintained to the highest standards by a young couple that even takes the time to plant new flowering plants in the common outside areas and fresh flowers in the lobbies.
