I lived in the one bedroom apt for two years. I'll start with the positives - Jenny and the maintenance team here are fantastic. They are very helpful and prompt. Anytime I put in a service request, they helped me within an hour or two. It was very easy to contact the management team and have any of my concerns addressed. Nice apartment but the one bedroom is really small
The parking sucks if you live on the side of building with this smaller parking lot it fills up fast at night. There are no assigned parking spaces. Leaving you to park on the other side of the complex farther away from your apartment. Visitors take up most of the parking! The gate is broken down more than it works. The walls are thin you can hear your neighbors conversation clear. I can say that the maintenance team takes care of your concerns right away.
