I'm a current tenant here. I'm disabled and they treat the disabled so poorly. Yes there are like 1 or 2 nice Trinity management staff like Liz, Kenneth, 2 security guards and 2 of the maintenance men but other than that management doesn't enforce their own lease rules, they favor foreigners who are allowed to throw parties and make noise at 11 o'clock at night but I wasn't even allowed to politely confront my neighbors about it. I want to acknowledge the management team thawith the improvements that they are making here I just want to saw thank you for your commitment to this property and it's tenants t is here they have really tuned this property around for the better it's a better environment here now I feel as though they are going in the right direction
Stayed with my friend at the 35 Northampton building I must say at first glance the neighborhood is not in ideal condition but when I got to the building I was greeted by two very charming and friendly security guards who assisted me to the residence I was going to and the building is in beautiful condition seems as if the management company is really covering the ground shaping this place up since I’ve last visited in 2022 and without a doubt one of the best views in Boston forsure a real great location for someone looking ... read more
