Stayed with my friend at the 35 Northampton building I must say at first glance the neighborhood is not in ideal condition but when I got to the building I was greeted by two very charming and friendly security guards who assisted me to the residence I was going to and the building is in beautiful condition seems as if the management company is really covering the ground shaping this place up since I’ve last visited in 2022 and without a doubt one of the best views in Boston forsure a real great location for someone looking ... read more

I rather remain anonymous and believe me I was holding off on writing this because some of the management staff are sweet hearts especially Eugene and the front desk heavy set woman but I use to be a resident here. I recently moved out because this place is full of roaches and mice, I could not live like that. On top of that the building is full of ADDICTS.
