This by far has been one of the best dental offices I have ever been to from the get go you get treated like a person not like a number this to me is a great deal front desk always with a smile super attentive, young lady at the front desk help me with questions I had about insurance and she even help me out with paper work , thank you Sarah! The worst office I have ever been to. They will forget about your appointments and are constantly canceling the ones they actually keep due to construction. I was actually told, "well I didn't book it" when asked why my appointment wasn't on the schedule. Manager offered no explanation but somehow they magically had room for me when I showed up. Ortho is not really offered here, a few appointments a month. Waited 3 months just to get Invisalign off. Just an awful place. Go somewhere else. Dentist is rude, as are all the rece... read more
Very unprofessional I scheduled my appointment 2 days in advance. It wasn’t approved until the day of. When I arrived the clerk tried to tell me my appointment wasn’t confirmed so I had to pull up the receipts. Just overall dissatisfaction with service.
