The worst office I have ever been to. They will forget about your appointments and are constantly canceling the ones they actually keep due to construction. I was actually told, "well I didn't book it" when asked why my appointment wasn't on the schedule. Manager offered no explanation but somehow they magically had room for me when I showed up. Very unprofessional I scheduled my appointment 2 days in advance. It wasn’t approved until the day of. When I arrived the clerk tried to tell me my appointment wasn’t confirmed so I had to pull up the receipts. Just overall dissatisfaction with service.
Went in for a dental filling and did not feel a thing. Dr. Brucci and his staff were really thorough and helpful. I have one more filling left, and I am not worried at all. I can’t recommend them enough. Awesome work!
Worst experience of my life!!!! Front desk rude, dentist staff also rude. If you want to have unnecessary appointments and surgery pushed on you come here! They are the best at that! Must have sales goals like a bank because all the do is push and push to try and get money from you!!!
