Don't fall for the scam of a $3,200 studio posted on their website and Zillow. I applied (and paid the application fee) just for management to reply, "The rent for that unit is actually $4,000." Cool. Thanks for wasting my time and taking my money. 6/12 update: Still no refund for application fee even though owner just replied to this negative review.
I have been living in the building for about 15 years, since new management took over, I have seen a great improvement in the building. Daniel and Asease from management office are always willing to assist with every concern I might have. I will recommend this building to everyone who is looking to move to a new place especially now with new management.
The new owner, ESRT, and management company, Greystar, have been a welcome change from the previous decades long nightmare that was Sidney Fetner Associates. Greystar's office is onsite which is both convenient and beneficial. Community Manager, Daniel Interdonati, is responsive and attentive to any problems that may arise and follows up to assure they have been resolved and Asease is always professional, helpful and a pleasure.
The service is outstanding!! any problem you have in your apartment reach out to Daniel Interdonati and he will take care of your situation in your apartment . My floor were damaged and he had it fixed with in two days I have been in this building for 11 years the staff in the building are always super sweet 💕to the tenants you will be happy if you move in the building 👍
