The staff is improving in congeniality.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Bought a truck after they showed us the car fax. Unfortunately the car fax and the way they showed vehicle was for a 2008, not what we purchased, which was a 2009. Our real car fax showed airbag deployment, and 2 accidents. They deceived us and didn't even blink an eye.
