For them to charge so much for rent and you still have to pay for parking. Where's the dog park oh in front of the building !! Where's the nearest homeless shelter oh the parking garage! Stairwell smelled like dog urine all the time. Not to mention the after hour's across the street until 4 am of loud car music and crowds. Guess everything that glitters ISN'T GOLD !!

Honestly, living with Mac has been kind of a headache to say the least. Yes the apartment building itself is nice, but management is pretty terrible. We have had countless cars get broken into, damaged, and even stolen. We all asked for cameras to be installed in our lots and Mac still hasn’t. Our elevator was broken down for about 3 months. It was only back operational again once we all complained and asked for rent money back. My roommate and I chose to use a long term airbnb instead of doing a 4-month lease here (or at any other apartment), but I just wanted to leave a review to say Mack was super helpful in helping us find apartments.
