I haven't had cold water in my apartment for over 2 weeks now. The water is so hot it has burned my skin. Mac repeatedly blames the city and has offered no solutions. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I've left several messages and sent several emails needing clarification on something and there has been no effort to contact me. They lie about the status of service requests, including "completing" a fire extinguisher replacement when there is no fire extinguisher available.
